Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping Location: We currently only deliver in the UAE. We will be adding new shipping locations soon.

Standard Shipping: For Dubai, delivery typically within 1 business day. For the other Emirates, delivery within 3-4 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s site.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@frejawear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
