Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate wear, swimwear, and gift cards, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@frejawear.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping: We can send you a pickup service to pick up your item(s). In this case, the delivery charge will be deducted from your total refund amount. Customers can also opt to choose their own delivery service and will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Pack Your Item: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the original packing slip if possible.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
